For small events of 10-25 people we offer our private wine cellar which is perfect for birthdays, bachelorette parties and smaller gatherings. 

Food & Beverage Minimum

$200 food & beverage minimum per reservation, plus a 20% service charge. One tab per group.

FAQs

Rental is $100 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. A minimum of $200 in food and drink must be pre-ordered for your party. A 20% service charge applies to all food and beverage tabs.

The wine cellar has table seating for up to 16 guests and can hold up to 25 guests with standing room.

Yes. For the 12 PM slot, an additional hour is available before your reservation. For the 6 PM slot, an additional hour is available after your reservation.

  • Wine: Bottles only. We can re-cork any open bottles.
  • Beer: Pitchers only; order when you arrive.

Yes! We offer sparkling waters, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Capri Sun, and water. These can be ordered when you arrive.

Guests can pre-order charcuterie boards and artisan pizzas to be set on tables upon arrival. Cakes and other desserts are allowed.

Rental does not include server. A dedicated staff member can be requested for $80.

A credit card must be held at the bar before any guests arrive.

The wine cellar is accessible 30 minutes before your reserved time. Elegant decorations are welcome, but glitter or confetti is not allowed. You will have 30 minutes after your reservation to clean up.

Reservations can be rescheduled or canceled up to 30 days prior. After that, the reservation fee is non-refundable. If you’ve already ordered food and drinks, please email amber@urban-vines.com to cancel those orders.
